What happens at
the consultation.
A consultation lasts 30 to 45 minutes. You leave with a diagnosis, a written plan and answers to your questions.
- 01History and reason
We review medical history, medications, allergies and what brings you: pain, a missing tooth, a referral from your orthodontist.
- 02Clinical exam
Examination of the mouth, joint and tissues. Images you bring are reviewed, or the needed ones are ordered.
- 03Diagnostic imaging
Panoramic X-ray or CT scan (CBCT) when the case requires it: bone, roots, nerves and sinuses.
- 04Diagnosis and plan
We explain what was found, treatment options, timelines and expected recovery. With a written estimate.
- 05Next steps
If you decide to proceed, the procedure is scheduled and you receive written pre-op instructions. No pressure: take the time you need.

- 01Recent X-rays or CT scans
- 02List of medications and allergies
- 03Referral note from your dentist or orthodontist, if any
- 04ID and insurance details, if applicable
