What we collect
What you type in the consultation form: name, WhatsApp or phone number, email (optional), procedure of interest and message. Also the date and time of submission, site language and, anonymized (hashed), the IP address, to prevent abuse.
Why
Only to contact you and schedule the consultation you requested. Data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties, except the technical providers that make the submission possible (hosting, database and email), acting under our instructions.
How long
While a care relationship exists or up to 24 months after the last contact, whichever comes first. You may request earlier deletion.
Your rights
Under Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the Protection of Individuals regarding the Processing of their Personal Data, you may access, rectify, update or delete your data and withdraw consent by writing to dentopluscr@gmail.com.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics 4 only if you accept it in the consent notice. Without your acceptance no measurement cookie is installed. You can change your decision by clearing the site data in your browser.

This site does not replace a consultation. Procedure information is general; diagnosis and treatment plan are defined in the in-person evaluation.
